Our Web Design Process

• Research & Guidance - First, we will gather information about your business and website project goals. We will analyze your competitors' websites and help you become familiar with terms such as domain names, hosting and SEO.
• Site Structure - Next, we will plan your website's content structure and navigation requirements.
• Content Collection & Optimization - Once the site layout is determined, we'll ask you to submit your content and then work with you to fine tune your web copy. This will include keyword optimization.
• Site Testing - After your website has been built, we'll test it across various web browsers and platforms, paying close attention to page speed. We know that a fast website will help with visitor engagement and conversions and also your Google ranking. 

Web Hosting & Domain Names

Crimson Designs will help you purchase a domain name and set up your website for you at your preferred host. We can also assist you with finding the best host to fit your needs. A typical domain name costs $12/year. The typical web host for a small business costs about $10/month.

Web Designer Fees

The average website is quoted at $250 for the HOME page and an average of $100 for each of the remaining web pages. Fees are based on the amount of content and graphics/photos contained within your website and the number of web pages included. Pricing includes full support through each web design step.

Website Maintenance Fees

Minimal changes to a website will not be charged. However, if you expect your site to change frequently, a website maintenance agreement is highly recommended. Hourly Rates are $30/hour.
